 Initial Contact and Communication

First Contact:

Customers can reach out to Focusens through phone, email, our website, or online platforms like Alibaba and Made-in-China. During this stage, customers express their initial interest and share specific product requirements, such as a thermistor sensor or a PTC thermistor. If needed, we can sign an NDA.

Needs Analysis:

In the early stages of communication, customers typically provide a framework of their needs, technical specifications, or physical samples. Our experienced sensor engineers will conduct a thorough analysis to propose the most suitable solution, whether it involves a thermistor sensor, thermomistor temperature sensor, or dryer thermistor.

Technical Specification Confirmation

Draft Submission: 

Our engineering team provides a draft of the technical specifications based on an understanding of the customer's needs. Customers can review this draft and suggest revisions.

Revision and Approval:  

If the customer has no objections to the initial draft, it is approved. If revisions are needed, we will continue to refine the document until the final sensor or sensor harness specification is confirmed.

Sample Confirmation

Initial Sample Review:

As an experienced sensor manufacturer, our technical team creates samples based on the specifications for initial testing or on-site installation.

Sample Adjustment:

If the customer requests revisions, design updates, or retesting, we will fully support these needs.

Stock Samples:

If standard components like a PTC thermistor or a dryer thermistor are available in our inventory, we may send these for faster verification. All samples undergo thorough testing, with complete traceability from materials to final production.

Sample Shipment:  

Samples are professionally packaged to prevent damage during transit. Given the small size and high value of electronic components, samples are typically sent via courier or international express. We usually offer a reasonable number of free samples, with the customer covering shipping costs. After dispatch, our customer service team provides the tracking number and monitors the shipment closely.

Confirming Cooperation Requirements

Sample Approval:

Upon receiving the samples, the customer confirms the quality and functionality. If any adjustments are needed, further communication will take place. We can also provide environmental compliance documents or certifications, such as RoHS, REACH, or reliability test reports.

Contract Signing:

Once the samples are approved, a formal contract is signed. This contract details the transaction amount, payment terms, delivery time, and other key conditions. We support various contract and payment methods, including TT, Alipay, and online trade assurance.

Production and Delivery

Mass Production:

Before mass production begins, our professional sensor engineering team conducts a comprehensive review based on customer input, provided specifications, and sample records. We create detailed production and control plans, ensuring timely and quality completion of the sensor production.

Production Monitoring:

Throughout the production process, our customer service team keeps the customer informed of the progress and delivery schedule.

Shipping Preparation:

Finished products, such as a thermistor sensor or a PTC thermistor, undergo strict quality control and are packaged according to customer requirements, ready for shipment.

Final Payment and Shipment:

As the shipping date approaches, our customer service team coordinates with the customer on the packing list, logistics method, shipping date, and payment details. Final payment is made, and shipment is arranged.
